Has this medication ever interfered or affected your menstrual cycle?

significantly shorter, about 22 days rather than the normal 28, and made it difficult for me to get PG. I was charting my cycles for my doc so we could decide what I could do to improve my chances of conceiving. Three months after I stopped the Zoloft, we succeeded, with a little help from hormone injections to induce ovulation.

This is probably more than you wanted to know :-), but that's the scoop for me. Since Lex is in the same class of AD, I'm sure it could affect a woman's menstrual cycle too.

My cycle is longer! I should have started a week ago. No, I'm not pregnant unless it's immaculate conception. ;)

So did you stay off of anti-depressants while you were pregnant? How did you feel?

Thanks for the reply, Colleen!

and I was a complete mess emotionally, but not suicidal or dangerous to myself or others in any way. And my last pregnancy was an "ooops" pregnancy so I feel much better now that I'm done with childbearing and don't have to worry about being on meds. I'm teetering on the brink of perimenopause and I'm sure that why my post-partum depression was H*LL this time. On to better things I hope!!!
