I take 2 MG of xanax xr twice daily...and I'm pretty sure since I've started it, my dream activity has shot up quite a bit. I have had many on the scarier side, not sure if that plays into it...but overall I've been having one or more dreams (often vivid) every night. Anyone else experience this?

hello there, chemist here....i take 1 mg xanax qid, immediate release, and cannot report any adverse dream-related problems.....all the best, chemist

I have been taking zanax for years (2mg) a day and havent had weird dreams either. I do when i take anti-dep with it though. (mainly effexor) ahhhh-night terrors.......
