CONCERTA/XANAX??

HELLO ,
I HAVE ADHD/OCD/ANXIETY,
I TAKE 20 MG. PAXIL AND 1 MG. XANAX(AT NIGHT)
RECENTLY I WAS PRESCRIBED CONCERTA FOR MY ADHD
IT REALLY MAKES ME WIRY THOUGH AND EDGY.
MY QUESTION IS IS IT PRACTICAL TO TAKE A XANAX
DURING THE DAY WITH MY CONCERTA OR IS THAT GOING TO COINCIDE WITH THE CONCERTA AND MESS ME UP??
I'M CONFUSED,, ANY HELP APPRECIATED THANX!
