I'm weening myself off the prozac and I have noticed I have a very hard time reading...I have trouble moving my eyes at a decent pace when reading..IT seems like it's hard to move my eyes back and forth at a fluent enough pace to read...I often skip over words or have a hard time moving my eyes at a steady pace...it's very like inconsistent and hault like movements..that's the only way i can describe it..Has anyone else experienced anything similar...it's very annoying.

whoa, mike, it sounds like we're on the same page when it comes to a lot of things.
i had a similar effect when coming off of serzone, and now am feeling something similar coming off of depakote. the symptom did eventually resolve, by the way.
are you an avid reader? maybe people who read a lot are more sensitive to slight changes in our ability to scan and read.

Thanks for the info..I read a lot online like articles and news stories...So I can notice slight changes in my ability to scan the letters with my eyes..as I am use to doing it at a certain pace all the time...For some reason it's harder to read on a computer screen..as opposed to reading a book or something ...i dunno why...
