Does Neurontin cancle out Wellbutrin ?

My moms been on Neurontin for about six months for migraines, and Paxil about the same time for anxiety. She recently started taking Wellbutrin to quit smoking, already on the fourth week and she says she feels nothing. I dont think Ive ever read about someone not responding to Wellbutrin. Any suggestions.. she is taking 300mg of Wellbu.. not sure about the rest. Any advice will be apperciated.
