Its supposed to peak 1 to 4 hours and duration is supposed to be 2 to 5 hours. Its listed as taken 2 times a day. My pdoc has me down for 3 times. It upset my tummy if I don't take it with food. If I eat too much all I do is yawn after I take it. I don't crash as hard as I do with ritalin. Ritalin is harder on my stomach. Over all, I thin adderall is better. It lasts longer and doesn't upset my stomach. Too much food will lower its effect quite a bit

Hi there 1980 monroe- i think that one lasts 1botu 3 to 4 hours. People liek it because it's an isolated isomer of Ritalin, hence alot less anxiety and mood swings, give it a shot and tell us what you think!
