Hi all,
I am currently not working and i take 150 mg of effexor in the morning, I take another 37.5 mg in the late afternoon and 30 mg of remeron before bed. Well I just found out I got a job and it's night shift 10 pm to 6 am any suggestions on how to switch my meds around and what should I do when I have a day off??
I could really use some help on this.....
Thanks Shannon

I would guess that you should keep taking the Remeron before you actually go to bed since it can cause drowsiness.
The 2 Effexor doses could probably be taken at whatever the most convenient times are as long as you spread out the doses by enough time.

>Are you taking XR? It's supposed to last 24 hours, so it really shouldn't matter when you take it. I take my Effexor & Remeron at midnight. Will you be working on a permanent graveyard shift?
Cheers,
Panda.

Yep I'm on the xr and it looks like it's permanent grave yard. I just hate the thought of screwing around with my meds. So I'll try when I start work to take the remeron when I get home from grave yard and take the effexor when I get up before work and see how that goes.
Thanks for the responce!!
Shannon
