Thanks, man; it may sound cheesy, but that feeds my ailing self-esteem. :)
Please see my new post re: amantadine, etc.

Good. It should. And no it does not sound cheesy. (That would make a good song).
But no seriously, you seem like one of the many people who are depressed and think excessively and unrealistically low of certain-- usually many-- aspects about themselves. Just from your posts i can already tell that you're intelligent as heck. You Need to feed your self-esteem.
And i'm always worried about sounding cheesy too, so i'm sorry if i am-- i don't mean to be. But seriously all this stuff is honest.

Chairman, any knowledge of Marplan? I am an ex-Nardil user who got off it a few years ago after many successful years, as I built up a tolerance. How do the two compare. If one MAOI loses efficacy, is another one likely to not be effective also? I liked the Nardil because (contrary to some others' experiences)it was energizing.

I'm sorry, I really don't know much about Marplan, except that it's fairly weight-neutral and tends to be more energizing than Nardil yet [probably] far less energizing than Parnate. I faintly recall that Marplan has a significantly more benign side effect profile than Nardil for many people, but don't quote me on that. You may wish to ask for those on this board who've been on Marplan and another MAOI to share their knowledge and subjective experiences with you.
This is the end of the thread.
