I've been on lex 10mg for 3 months successfully - YEAH. However the last week I've been starting back into panic mode. Feeling really anxious and having to take xanax during the dayto get through without flipping out into an attack. I was wondering if anybody else has experienced the 3 month glitch??? PS- I did start an ephedra free weight loss supplement a few weeks ago- Trimspa. I wasn't feeling any of the negative effects so I continued on it. Anybody familiar with this?

If the trimspa has caffeine in it, you can expect a decent amount of anxiety, worsening over time.

Not familiar with the other items in your post, but I hit the wall hard last week on Lexapro. I'm totally fine right now, but the entire incident really freaked me out. First and foremost that it even happened, then there's the actually incident that I went through, and now the unknowable future of if it will happen again or not.
I don't have any advice, I'm still looking for my own answers, but I wanted you to know that you're not alone.
