I am so sorry you are suffering. Go to an emergency room with a psychiatric intervention program. Are you insured? Go anyways, and see if you county will cover your expenses perhaps.
A good doctor will give you the right drug if the communication is good, so write your symptoms down in a paragraph or bullet-style if you are rather afraid or have trouble speaking in front of a doctor. Also, if you have a therapist, have that person set things up for you because that is his or her job. That person has to vouch for you if you are particularly ill {suicidal, homicidal, psychotic, etc}.Say specifically that you are interested in trying out an antipsychotic if you feel that is something your doctor and you should explore.
During my first suicidal psychotic depression I was given Risperdal, and my symptoms abated.
Good luck!!

The best drug for panic/anxiety/stress/agoraphobia would be GHB (Xyrem). More info at www.xyrem.us
If you won't be able to acquire GHB/Xyrem - then Klonopin would be your best choice. MANY studies showing it works for social-anxiety/social-phobia/agoraphobia. 1mg, up to 3mg/day dosage.
Xanax for panic-attacks is a good choice. 2mg should be sufficient at first, but watch out for dose-increase and tolerance building pretty fast.

i wouldnt advise hospital stay for agoraphobia/anxiety/phobias as you will probably experience more anxiety over there.

I agree that GHB is the best for the more severe cases of depression, anxiety, and agoraphobia. Although I disagree Klonopin can handle those which would benefit from GHB. I tired Klonpin for almost a year. I can't say it did much for my general or social anxiety. It also aggrivated my depression.
