I know this happens with AD's, but has anyone experienced this with Lamictal? I reduced my dose from 150 to 100 and am getting these intermittant shocks in my brain. It is pretty scary.

I can only say that this sounds scary. I would call my doctor right away. I was on Lamictal and had high hopes for it but developed a rash within a couple of days and had to quit taking it.

The only way I can describe it is as some type of "electrical zap" feeling in different parts of my brain. I have seen people talk about this when withdrawing from AD's but I was wondering if this also happens when reducing Lamictal?

Yeah, I had a little of that for a day when I accidentally missed a dose of Lamictal. It felt the same as when coming off an SSRI. It's pretty annoying, but since I know what's going on and I know it won't last, I don't find it scary. Maybe you just need to reduce more slowly.
