I have been on Ritilin, Concerta, Focalin, and Adderall, adderall works ok, but is still not working great, take 50mg XR daily. Have switched back and fourth from Dexedrine adn Adderall, they both have similar effects. My pdoc wanted to wait, so i did, but sitll its not really working dandy.
I looked up other meds, such as Cylert. What is really the next choice of options that may be tried? Thanks.

It's the fastest growing stimulant on the market. Fewer peripherial side effects.
But I STRONGLY advise considering Straterra. Esepcially if stims haven't worked for you.
