hey.
my psychiatrist refuses to give me a prescription to anything BUT ritalin, non time released...i really hate it b/c it works for like half an hour and then i crash...i have asked my psych over and over to CHANGE my medication, but all he does is up the dosage of ritalin, which only gives me physical effects(ie heart palps)!
it's hard to communicate with him b/c he's not a very open person, nor can he speak english clearly...
aside from changing docters, does ANYBODY know how to get a prescriprion to Concerta(which i hear is better than ritalin, but i dont know how if theyre both methylphenidate) or Adderall(which i buy off of my friend, and makes me focus extremely well!)??
im seeing this dumb bastard soon and i really need help, my grades are totally plummeting!thanx.
