I was wondering if anyone knows how long geodon withdrawal lasts for, i am going through it and it is really horrible.

For me the withdrawl lasted about 7-10 days. For me, Geodon had the worst withdrawl effects of any drug I have ever taken.

But does it get a little better everyday? I'm not sure I can hold out for 7-10 days, the withdrawal is virtually unbearable. I agree that it is the worst I have ever felt.

For me there was some noticeable improvement after the third day of withdrawl, but I did not feel back to "normal" until I was off of the Geodon for approx. 1 week+.
I went "cold-turkey". If doing that is too much for you to handle, you should consider gradually tapering off over a longer period of time.
Unfortunately, if you want to get off this drug you are going to have to suffer some discomfort/misery over a short period of time. Just accept that fact and know that you can get through it.
