Do you notice any differences between these two forms of dex?
I find Dexadrine very mild and mellow, while Dexotrostst has more of a kick.
REcenlty, Dexadrine has maded me too mellow (increased dosage does not change feeling). But Dexstrostat clearly has a sharper edge that has been useful recently, though it makes me nervous, while Dexadrine does no.
Anyone know why? Anyone have experiences?

dexedrine - i am assuming you are taking the glaxowellcome SFK-E18 5 mg tabs, or at least a variation - works bery well for me. once, i tried dextrostat, and although it has the highest FDA bioequivalence rating with dextroamphetamine sulfate (AA), i found it to be inferior...this was truly a surprise, and opposed to your experience, i found dextrostat to be less effective than the brand-name dexedrine. are you doing tablets or sustained release? all the best, chemist

Thanks for comment. I take tabs. I too find Dexadrine "better," but still, the Stat seems stronger in a way the Drine is not.
Perhaps I've become too efficient at metabolizing the Drine after 4 years, and that's why the Drine effects are so fleeting now. After about 3 hrs, I begin to feel foggy and weak; less sustained effect than previously.

Um, 12 hour half-life? Is this the Spansules or regular Dexedrine?
I really dislike talking to a friend who brings up Dexedrine, because I get all excited about talking about it, then quickly learn they mean to say Spansules.
Spansules, for me and many others, tend not to work at all.
