Anyone had benefits from this treatment without aggravating mania or hypomania?

I think provigil is great, and if it does activate you a bit too much at first then don't fret because it will go away.I did have shortened sleep {lost 2 hours}, curbed appetite, slight euphoria, and a little headache. Those all went away in a few weeks. I am happy I have this because it is not harsh like amphetamine or ritalin.
Start at 50mg. Get a pill cutter and do 25mg/25mg {6 hours later} if you like. I know you are breaking the pills into crumbs, but it's best to start out that way I feel. You can just go with 50mg at the beginning of the day as well.

Thanks for the advice....The headaches have been a bummer. Also today at the mall the background music almost made me scream. I almost had to leave. I was way to jumpy. I went from 100 mg. to 200 mg. after a few days because 100 did nothing for the sleepiness. I guess I went to fast but that was under pdoc advice. I'm glad my headaches will go away soon.
