Hiya,
Three days ago i reduced by effexor intake by about half. So far i've had no withdrawal symptoms and am feeling much better in my self. I decided to come off as my weight gain is making me more depressed.
Does anyone know how long i should stay at this stage before i cut the dose down again?Thanks :)

Check with your doc as physicians vary. I've heard of some people cutting down on a weekly or more basis. On the other hand, my doc had me off it relatively quickly.
