I've never had anything close to a panic attack before in my life until I started taking Prozac. It's been two weeks since my last dose and they're still with me. I've had two today. This stuff is so scary. I have Ativan on hand and took .5 mg about an hour ago to squelch my initial attack. Now, I'm having another one. Should I take another .5 mg? What is the upper limit on the benzos per day?

Awww bless you same thing happened to me when i was takig effexor just for depression then the panick attacks started i reckon its something to do with the brain chemisrty the ad's done something to the cells in our brains.. i am not sure about the benzo dosages, maybe it would be worth you talking to your doctor..
