I can think of a couple of things to add:
1) Wellbutrin- you said that you have tried Wellbutrin. But have you tried it along with 40 mg Lexapro? If not, you might want to try it. It may work better along with Lexapro than by itself.
2) Provigil- adding Provigil might be a good idea. It often gives energy with little or no side effects.
3) Adderal or Ritalin
4) Siberian (or Panax) ginseng

I'll chime in on the Provigil. That stuff is high-grade: you feel chipper and energetic without being nervous. Expensive though. My doc made up a diagnosis so my insurance would cover it - narcolepsy. Otherwise it was several hundred a month.

Now that you have mentioned coffee, cherry coke (regular, not diet) gives me lots of energy fast. But I'm sure that coffee is better for you than soda, especially if you don't put too much sugar in the coffee.
I also take an herb from time to time called Ashwagandha which helps give me energy.

Is that 40 mg of lex too much? I am on 10 mg and I feel sluggish. I can't imagine 40 mg.
Diet Coke helps get me moving.
