i think my side effects are finally starting to calm down. i am still pretty tired , i have changedwhen i take my med i yake it about 8 pm at my doc advise and it seems to help some i also have my ambien to help with the sleep. i am tired all the time but just cant sleep. so iam on 75 mg effoxer xr and then 3 adivan and also the ambien so hopefully all of this can get me back in the right whack. i go back to see the doc in a few weeks so. oh and i also take blood pressure meds. but i do feel a little more stable, not ready to cry at evey little thing that happens and i just feel better all around. i know the withdraw from effoxer is supose to really be bad but it is the only thing that i have found thaT has acually works. so i guess its a catch 22. well thought i would let everone know i was diong better

>Hi Candy,
Remeron fixes nausea from Effexor. Also gives an excellent nights sleep.
Cheers,
Panda.
