Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew of any medications that could help stop my hands from trembling...I take Paxil, Lamictal and Zyprexa. My psychiatrist said its probably from the Paxil. My palms are constantly sweaty as well...it makes it difficult to be intimate with girls, they always ask me if I'm nervous. It's hard for me to stand straight without twitching...it's probably just something I'll have to get used to, or overcome in time.

Hi:
In my guess, .... it might come from both meds. 'Zyprexa' and 'Paxil,' because the last sentence, 'twitching' sounds like having some relation to the Zyprexa. Sweating and treamors might be from 'Paxil.'
For this remedy, you may need to get an advice from your pdoc., because any class of med., even simple 'anti-acid' med. interacts psycho-meds. you've been on. Sometimes, some of those 'remedy' med. offers 'relief,' but also sometimes exacerbarates the symptoms, ... then be cautious to take any over-the-counter med. as in my experience, anti-acid actually caused my depression worse as time went by(BTW, I took anti-acid on daily basis with my med. combo. My pdoc. said take one hour after/before psycho.med. I'm on.)
Lastly, for your 'self-exam,' try to figure it out when those side-effects started. If SE started after Zyprexa, then the problem is this med., Zyprexa and the like. Thus, it's very important to take one med. at a time for self-analyzation. If you would start on two meds. same time/concurrently, you never be able to figure it out which med. causing those SEs.
