Anyone ever go down on Trileptal from 1200mg? What is the lowest theraputic dose?
I have been cut down to 600mg because Provigil increases the concentration of it or something. I have experienced side effects that stopped occurring a while ago when i started the Provigil.

My wife came off of Trileptol from 1200mg because it was not controling her mania. She was put on lithium at the same time, which worked well.
I believe the lowest helpful dose is between 600 - 900mg. She had a fairly easy time coming off of it, but everyone is different.

I wonder if Trileptal is one of the weaker mood stabilizers. It is my first one. I have not been manic, but I get hypo sometimes.
