Does everybody but me kknow this?
Much to my astonishment, Because I am taking an SSRI, I can't take a DM cough medicine or any med containing an antihistamine. I was feeling oddly anxious after taking both, mentioned it to the pharmacist who told me that I shouldn't take either. My psychiatrist confirmed this. Hrmph. Now using sterile saline for sinuses and hoping the cough calms down. Ugh ugh ugh.

yah, isn't a royal pain in the butt. the meds have so many side effects as it is and when you're trying to treat your dep. or anxiety or whatever then you try to feel better by taking an OTC to help with colds or allergies etc. it can make the SE's even worse it like a double whammy as if feeling like S*** i'snt enough already!
