I've been researching a bit lately, and anyone who is not satisfied with their response could give Vitamin B6 a go...Nardil causes a depletion of it....Maybe this has something to do with poop-out as well? hmmm...

I've just started Marplan and my doctor said the same thing. He also said that B vitamins need to work together as a group to be effective. He's having me take a B-100 complex. There are a lot of different brands of this. Look for "B-100 Complex". I take the Nature's Way brand because it's a capsule. Much preferred to tablets IMO.

OK, I've got the bottle in my hand:
Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid.
And the front of the label says "B-100 Complex". There are quite a few brands.
As for whether it's helping or not, that's a tough one. I was on 20 mgs of Marplan, took the B-100 and that day, boom, I got quite a lift (I'm bipolar). Not hypomanic, but close. After a few days I dropped back into depression. I'm up to 35 mgs now and I've had a couple more lifts but not as extreme. So, I don't know if it's working or not. But the doc said to take it so that's why I'm taking it. I trust him.
Hope this helps.
