I am currently taking 300 mgs of Luvox daily for my OCD/Anxiety. I also take Buspar to help counteract the sexual side effects of the Luvox. I see my P-doc in a couple of days. It seems that the full maximum dosage of Luvox isnt working really well on the OCD, though I can tell it is working some because Im not as bad. He mentioned adding an anti-psychotic at one point, or just adding a low dose of Anafranil. Which would be better? I have always been wary of Tricyclics being that they mess with the heart, so I might not go that route ---so, what atypical anti-psychotic would you think would work best for the OCD?

>I'd give up on Luvox entirely & switch to Anafranil if you can tolerate it. Gradually switch one for the other. AP drugs have more problems than tricyclics.
