Hey:
Anyone dealing with chronic pain?
Have been on painkillers for 2.5 years - on Vicodin until realized that I was destroying my hearing (permanently) now on Darvocet (doesn't help much, but can't stop taking it). Been on wellbutrin, now on Lexapro.
Taking 10mg/day, took 20mg once when I was crazy-depressed. I guess it helped.
Am I stuck?
Thanks in advance for any advice...

> Thanks in advance for any advice...I would not call my pain chronic, but I do have back pain from a herniated disk. Strongest med I take for it is Ibuprofen. I am taking Lexapro, currently @20mg, will be 1 year in Feb., dx - PMDD and depression.
Not sure I understand *Am I stuck?*.....stuck on Lex?? I have read posts here that it is hard to quit Lexapro, but it can be done by tapering off slowly to minimize withdrawal symptoms. The pain killers are another story!~~~8|8
