Can you please read this and help me figure it out

I would appreciate any ideas on what's going on with me.
To make a long story short. I have been on Remeron 30 mgs., Lamictal 100 mgs., Restoril 15 mgs., and Zoloft 50 mgs. for about 2 years. All was going well, no depression, and the Zoloft really cured my OCD/anxiety symptoms. However now I feel pretty ill and fatigued most of the time, and most of my anxiety is back, the Zoloft doesn't seem to be controlling it any more. If I raise the dose I get shortness of breath and feel like someone is hanging me upside down. Is one of my meds pooping out? or what do you think is up? Any ideas? I am very frustrated with this.

Your post is a little confusing. Are you have a relapse of OCD tendencies or anxiety? Looking at your meds I would assume the Restoril or the Lamictal is what has been controlling your anxiety, and the Zoloft your OCD. In my experience, SSRI's are useless for anxiety.

If it is the anxiety that is relapsing, why not try trading in your Restoril or Lamictal for a long-acting benzo such as Valium or Klonopin? After you have the anxiety back under control, you may even be able to raise your zoloft dosage (50mg is extremely low) if you are still having problems with OCD. Just my opinion...
