You guys have probably noted my lack of euphoric posts? Well the brilliance is fully back!!!!!!!!
It took 12 weeks for the brilliance to come this time- only 6 weeks first time i was on Nardil. Thats cause I was a dumbo and went off it. But it is right back now!!!
Not that I wasn't feeling preety cool before...now I'm feeling BRILLIANT.
And social phobic effects are fully in- feeling love for everyone...and talking heaps to heaps of chicks!!!! Somoking heaps and spending heaps too! Man, I am in rapture!!!!!!!!!!!!
This drug is my life!!!!!!
12 weeks and i never gave up....I will never give up with Nardil, because it is BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dude i am glad you are doing well! the same thing seems to be happening to me, i was taken off parnate and this time around it seems to be taking longer to kick in. i curse the day my doc ever took me off that wonderful drug!

HOW BAD was your anxiety before Nardil? i'm wondering if nardil is actually as good as benzos ... not that i intend on switching anytime soon, i just sometimes ask myself intellectual questions like "suppose i could only take one med, what would it be?"for me i used to get major physical symptoms like constant cracking voice, teary eyes, shaking hands in groups or when talking to cute girls .... i have overcome this now through benzos + parnate and through making a fool out of myself, not being totally rejected, and realizing i no longer have to worry about making a fool out of myself :)

Have you also tried Parnate? Do you know the difference between Parnate and Nardil...or does anyone else on this thread know? I have tried neither...happy with my Geodon...just started taking it though...we'll see. Good for you though, right on!!!!

HOW BAD was your anxiety before Nardil?
EXTREMELY. I used to walk down the street 5 meters, then run home in fright...then I would try again...walk 10 meters then run home...I missed S0000oooo many uni lectures...and when I could make it, I had to sit, near a door or outside...This is all phobic anxiety of derealiaztion/panic sensations. But I had social anxiety, generalizaed anxiety, a bit of adhd. My life was hell bro, a living hell.

Don't go there dude, just keep Parnate...I made a HUGE mistake going off Nardil twice...I relapsed twice, went right back into my living hell...but Nardil comes back dtong to save me!

It is very hard to tell, it might be helping th OCD a bit now, but its hard to decipher- always a prob with polypharmacy. But it isn't hurting...i juste raised it too 100mg, so lets hope i get some unequivocal signs...

Yeah caused a bad depression- but is a super medicine for some.Do you know the difference between Parnate and Nardil...or does anyone else on this thread know?
I do, but i forgot exactly, cause I havent been studying lately. Remind me again, and if noone helps, I'll tell you.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'll ask my pdoc about the diffrences between Nardil and Parnate...your symptoms seemed very similar to mine...that is why I was asking. Geodon seems like a miracle but if I want to get PG then I can't take Geodon. I have read that the MAOI's are safer for PG women. Don't worry you can still call me bro! :)

i dunno if it's anxiety or lack of experience but it strikes me as weird/awkward that it's okay to put my arm around a girl or tell her that if she's good i might let her be my girlfriend...

Congratulations! I can still vividly remember that Nardil utopia! One question: are you using the new version or the old version? I have a prescription for the "new" version, which I've heard much negative comments about. I need to motivate myself to give Nardil another shot. As I mentioned, initially it was a godsend, every bit as good as you've described (including help with the ladies), but it soon dissipated and i was never able to getting it to jump start again. That was some 17 years ago.
