Anyone tell me where i can get some high dose fish oil? stuff thats in the enteric coated capsules as i have a weak stomach!!
how high does it need to be regarding the DPA and DHA? as i have heard the lower dose ones dont work unless you take about 20 a day!! lol.

You will notice benefits on lower doses however it will take longer for your brain to become saturated. You can get double strenght capsules each containing 360mg EPA 240Mg of DHA. With this, you can get the 1 g of EPA used in many studies by taking ony 3 capsules.

I don't know about the coated version, but the double strenght version is available from NOW foods. www.nowfoods.com
From what I remember it was a pretty thick gelcap, I don't think it would cause stomach problems, although I don't know you :)

I live in the UK so i doubt it! sucks living here cant get hold of anything!!
I have found some by metagenics which have a high dose! but they are charging $61 to send one pot to the uk!! how much does fish oil weigh for god sake!! think they'd be sending a boat of real fish for that price!!! i never pay that much to get stuff from the US! oh well.
