I have severe depression and am on Lexapro 20mg. Wellbutrin XL 150mg, Klonopin 1mg and Lamictal 200mg in am and in pm Lamictal 100mg, Seroquel 500mg, Klonpin 1 mg and in spite of all these meds, I have hit a wall again. I just started the XL form of Wellbutrin but have been on other meds for awhile and was really stable. I am now teary, suicidal thoughts and miserable, Does anyone know if Wellbutrin is safe to increase to 300mg or what is max dose of Lamictal. Also, does anyone know of good psychiatrist in San Diego who knows med control and is patient friendly??? Thanks

I can't answer all your questions, but I'm taking 300mg of Wellbutrin Xl, and have been for almost 3 months.
