Hey everyone --
I'm taking levoxyl (thyroid supplement) once a day, and Depakote (250 mgs) twice a day.
I know that one shouldn't eat for about 2 hours before or 1 hour after taking thyroid hormone, or consume calcium, iron, or goitrogenic foods for 4 hours afterwords. How about when to take Depakote? Is anyone aware of timing on this? Should Depakote also be spaced out, or is it ok to have it an hour after my thyroid supplement?
I'd appreciate it if anyone has looked into this,
thanks,
--b.
