Today, my doctor decided we should give Gabitril (tiagabine) a try as a treatment for bipolar depression. I think I recall one person here describe himself as becoming manic on it. That would be a welcome change! Other people have reported feeling whacked-out on it. I would love to hear if anyone has had success treating depression with Gabitril.

I try not to pass judgment on drugs so quickly, but I'm worried that Gabitril might make my depression much worse. I've only taken two 2mg doses so far. I don't like the way I feel. I'd like to know if anyone has had Gabitril make their depression worse.Thanks.
