My doctor has recommended a few supplements to try to augment my pattern of depressed morning and elevated evening cortisol levels. He now has me taking Seriphos in the evening and adrenal glandular+licorice tea during the day. From what he's said and I've read this seems make sense, however it also seems that Seriphos in a way contradicts the affects of the supplements that work to increase cortisol. I understand that the idea is to achieve a balance but I'm worried about lowering my energy level which is already in the gutter. I simply cannot achieve a full understanding of these things especially as they relate to my symptoms which are fatigue, brain-fog and emotional numbness. On top of this, I am trying to volunteer for a trial of rTMS but I'm not entirely certain about that either. Thanks in advance for any advice.
This is the end of the thread.
