I've wanted to try Remeron but am scared of that big warning, "may cause bone marrow depression-low white blood cell count that may or MAY NOT be reversible." Is this a one in a million concern like seizures with Wellbutrin or a reason not to try Remeron????

Hi,
I believe that remeron is considered safe, but there's always a risk with AD's. The side effects you are mentioning falls under rare, less than 1/1000. So if you think remeron could work for you, go for it.
Good luck,
