I am confused. My wife seems to do best on Parnate for depression 15 mg in the am, but she gets horrible insomnia. So for 5+ years she has been also taking a min dose of tamezepam at night.
But then there is the whole problem of feeling like she get artificial, non restless sleep. She also wakes up about 3 in the am, cant take another tamaz because she would not get up refreshed 3 hours later for work.
Do you think the insomnia comes from the parnate or from the long term effects of tamez at therapeutic doses.

My guess is parnate, which is very stimulating
