Yes, I do believe they can be. Of course, I'm not a doctor, so you will ultimately have to consult one if you take that combo.
I believe that most of the drugs that are contraindicated involve the reuptake inhibition of one of the monoamines, such as serotonin, dopamine, or norepinephrine. Also, tyramine increases are dangerous.

Yes, I combined them for years. There did not seem to be a whole lot of benefit, however. Nardil also can be combined with risperdal and klonopin. I'd avoid the former.

Well in my case it didn't really accomplish anything. When they measured the lithium levels they were negligible and it didn't seem to make any difference. However, my PDOC at the time seemed to think the lithium could act as a facilitator for the nardil and might also smooth out some highs and lows. As they all say, everyone is different.
