Hey, I'm Donnie
I have Inattentive ADD. I take adderall XR 30mg once daily, it perks me up for a little while, then by the end of the day I feel really terrible, like all the life is gone. Anyways, Ive read posts that people are on both Wellburtin and Adderall, and dont experience the "comedown", saying Wellburtin keeps them "leveled". How can you convice your doctor to be put on two diffrent ADD medications, without an arguement. I hate to tell him the nasty comedown it gives me because i dont want to get taken off. I would appriciate any advice

I was taking adderall xr 40 mg in the morning and by noonish I would need 20 to 25 mg of short acting adderall. I have since started taking 30 mg of generic dexedrine sr it last much longer and I only need 1 25 mg adderall mid afternoon.
I don't have such a dry mouth either.
Most people do need a short acting med to help them through late afternoon.
