i've been thinking that hte problem wiht zyprexa is that it makes me want to sit still ALL the time (kathisia) now i know that abilify causes the opposite (akathisia - wanting to constantly move) ... so i'm wondering if anyone's combined the two and felt ... normal?

Interesting theory.
I think you might do better to try to combat the akathisia, if the Abilify is working for you otherwise.
You can try benztropine, pronpanolol, one of the benzodiazepines (usually Klonopin), or amantadine.
I also found that I did well on 7.5 mg of Abilify, and I did not have the akathisia.
