I started taking lexapro about a month ago
(10mg) for anxiety and related depression. I am starting to feel a relief from the depression but the anxiety is still there but not as intense. I also fell this weird drugged, tired feeling. Does anyone have any suggestions... How long does this last and should my anxiety go away soon?

I took 10mg for 11 weeks and those effects never went away and my anxiety was never lessened by Lexapro and unfortunatly, you need to take it at least 8 weeks to find out whether or not to continue it from what I've read and heard.

Maybe consider going to 20 mg.
