day? like will i wake up depressed the next day? (i seem to) or does it only last a 1 or 2 hours in the evening?

For me it was the 1 to 2 hours. That means nothing though, we are all so different. What stim? How much?

Rebound, for me is short term.
I don't tend to get rebound on Adderall XR, which is the stim I have been taking for a couple of years now. However, if I stop taking my Adderall, I do get depressed. I'm usually ok, depression-wise (I'm 'off' in other ways, though), for one day, but then it's down hill after that. I once forgot to fill my scrip and learned this the hard way.

i'm taking 40 mg ritalin SR morning and 30 mg SR 4 hours later
