Hello,
I have been taking 10mg of lexpro for 7 months and I drink coffee off and on. But recently I am very very tired and I cannot concentrate and my vision is bad. Could this be from the coffee mixing withe lexapro??? I am a substitute teacher and Im having trouble teaching because i feel so wacked out. Then when I get home I just feel so tired and Im not myself. HElp!

When I'm on antidepresants, sometimes coffee makes me *more* tired. I don't know why.
