What anti-psychotic causes the least amount of sexual dysfcuntion? I've tried zyrpexa but that made me impotent and the same went for risperdal. What about seroquel or abilify? should I try them?

I take 50mg Seroquel. I did have problems due to my Prozac. My doc added Wellbutrin 100mg to counter act the side effect and it helped. As for the Seroquel I haven't have a problem in that area after I have even taken it. I only take it at night. So I would have to say Seroquel for me didn't have that side effect. Also I am female too. Good luck.

I took Seroquel for 2 years , and I dint have that problem . (100mg)
