Prior to my new combo I havenīt really understood what premature ejaculation was. I was on remeron, chlomipramine and clonazepam, but recently switched to 15mg remeron, 2x4mg reboxetine and 2-4mg clonazepam. As I suspected it was the NERI property of rebexetine I needed to recover from my depression. So, Iīm feeling good now, but, Iīm lucky if I even get erected before itīs.. over. Can it never be perfect? Iīve always complained over the ADīs tendencies to kill ones sexuality, now itīs the other way. I know I maybe could add a small dose of chlomipramine or a ssri to counteract this but I donīt want to, feels like itīs enough with 3 meds..
Now, does this "thing" go away? Why does it occur in the first place? I was thinking that maybe I should quit remeron, remeron hasnīt done anything for me the last year, me and my pdoc agreed it could be safe to continue with remeron because it was the med that once(4 yrs ago) lifted my depression.
I take remeron and reboxetine for depression and clonazepam for sp. Any suggestions or experiences that you could share? Thanks in advance,
tensor

Wow! That is the same problem I had when I went on Serzone 3 years ago and it never completely went away. I guess there is more that they don't know about these drugs than what they do know.

My boyfriend has found that the herb TRIBULUS TERRESTIS helps him last longer. I'd give it a try if I were you. Otherwise you could try adding a low dose of an SSRI or SNRI -- as they tend to prolong ejaculation. Good luck!
