Hi,
Is there any reason not to use magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) instead of magnesium chloride?
Can magnesium chloride crystals be purchased in bulk somewhere on the internet, e.g. 2kg?
Thanks,

Magnesium sulphate is very inexpensive. I'm not sure what the tolerable dose would be, though. Here's a link that discusses doses of the various magnesium salts:

I don't know of a source. I know where to get magnesium ascorbate, though.
