I am new to this. I just started Celexa, Trileptal, and Seroquel.
I am nervous about starting these medications.

Hi,
I forgot maybe I should write a little more about what's going on.
I am diagnosed with major depression and rapid cycling-a little of bipolar. It's confusing to me too.I'm worried about weight gain but hope they definately help me:-)Has anyone had any experiences-good or bad on these meds>>celexa,trileptal,or seroquel?

Hi Pam- Welcome. I do take Seroquel at night 50mg. I have not gained weight on it. I have cyclothymia which is a cycling thing too. I also take Prozac and Provigil. I did take Lithium but my doc took me off it do to GI problems I was having. Good luck.

Thanks for posting back to me and welcoming me. WOW there are a lot of great informative posts here. It would take me all weekend to read them all. lol I saw some on Trileptal, and Seroquel so I'll check those out.

Welcome Pamjeanbrunot,
I take seroquel 75 mgs & it works ok for me. No big wt. gain. Made me a little more focused. (Have moderate bp1.) When first taking it, it made me a bit light headed when standing. That symptom went away quickly as I got used to med.
Good luck w/meds & treatment.
