Remeron, Wellbutrin and Trazodone

The wellbutrin seems to counteract some of the sleepiness side effect of remeron but, like others I feel I'm in somewhat a dreamy state all day. I've read the pharmacy profile on trazodone and it doesn't seem to cause weight gain. My familiy practictioner seems reluctant to change my wellbutrin/remeron combo without sending me to a psychiatrist. I just feel I don't need the psychiatrist for talk therapy because I think the depression/ADD is biochemical.
