Hi all, I hope you are all hanging in there:-)
I am a mess tonight-not bad-just feeling a lot of stress. A lot of stuff is going on-I am going to post in psychologucal babble for a few tonight. I am not doing that great and believe it or not, it has nothing to do with the meds.

I don't want to offend you or to be picky. Believe me. But to write ***often*** in capital letters is offensing. This is the basis of netiquette.
Capital letters =
1- Yell at someone
2- Express a panic, sadness, etc...

hi, i'll write this one in all small lol
i am so sorry. when i write in capital letters i do so because i am trying to make a point-but if i simply write it in small, i guess my point will obviously be seen and still be taken.
