whats the best for constipation on Nardil??

at 75mgs i get constipation where i have to take miralax to help me. you guys have any good remedies to make you go?

What really works for me is flax seed. Buy it at a natural food store and grind in coffee grinder. 1-2 teaspoons a day on cereal or anything else really works wonders. Tasty too.
