A fish oil

Posted by Creaky_Neurons on January 7, 2003, at 12:10:14

Hey all,

I'm on 2.5 grams of omega brite/day and off AD's for the first time in several years. I feel pretty darn good and no sexual side effects. It took a while - about 2 months - for the effect to happen, but I think it's real.

if i don't relapse over the next year, I'll believe it.

creaky.

Omega Brite claims to filter out almost all of the mercury in the oil. The filtering process is expensive and therefore Omega Brite costs more than most brands. Keep us informed of your progress. It sounds very promising for you.

The pharmacist I bought my fish oil capsules from said that the oil was "molecularly processed" so that they are free from heavy metals. It is a store brand, but I think he said there were at least a few that were metal-free.

Creaky, right on. Me too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I haven't gone off all meds but it is definitely working.

Creaky,

I was diagnosed BP2 this past fall, not that I am all that sure I believe it. No heavy hypomania, and only depressive episodes incidentally. I am on 900 mg lithium, and I guess it has worked, but I am certainly not the outgoing, gregarious, cheerful, person I remember being all my life.

am about to start OmegaBrite and wanted to ask how you were doing? What dosage, legnth of time for efficacy, how long have you been on it, and what has the longgevity of your reaction been

Best

Welcome! Sorry if it's confusing here, but I'd now like to redirect this thread to Psycho-Babble Alternative. Here's a link:
