Has anyone noticed either of these: (1) it is harder to add muscle mass, regardless of diet and weightlifting regimes, while taking Serzone, or 2) it is easier to add muscle mass (grow) while not taking Serzone? Both a friend and I feel that workouts have been more effective after quitting Serzone altogether. For me, I added muscle mass and weight while off Serzone for 9 months, and I've gotten smaller and have a muchharder time with weightlifting progress now that I have resumed Serzone. I know that serotonin is in muscle, and its levels are naturally affected by exercise, but that's about all...
